You can schedule your appointment at our Fairfax office by calling (703) 573-3612 weekdays from 9am to noon and from 1pm to 5pm. In the event you receive a message during our regular office hours, please leave a confidential message and we will return your call promptly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to provide 24 hours notice to the office in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
